General Information

Information Gathering and Usage

  • When you register for Qryptal services we ask for information such as your name, email address, billing address, credit card information. Members who sign up for the free account are not required to enter a credit card.
  • Qryptal uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.
  • We collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the device you use to browse www.qryptal.com. This data on its own is anonymous and we are unable to identify you on this alone.

  • If you choose to contact us directly, the contact forms on our website collect your name, email address, contact number, company name, industry information, and any free text field information you choose to include.
  • Note: at the completion of a contact form, your IP address is no longer anonymous, and we will be able to identify you by the combination of your IP and contact information.

Qryptal may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
